What to expect
We read every message personally. Typical response time is within two business days.
The first conversation is informal. We will ask about your situation, what you are working on, and what prompted you to reach out. You will get a clear sense of whether Suon is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure. Most calls run about 30 minutes.
For program inquiries, we will share the current cohort timeline and walk you through the structure. For consulting, we will focus on understanding your organization before proposing anything.

- The program. You want to understand how the 3-month cohort works, what it involves, and whether it fits your situation. We will walk you through the structure, the assessment process, and the type of practitioners who benefit most.
- Consulting and workshops. Your organization is adopting AI and you want the transition to be more than technical training. We work with leadership teams and practitioners to build real capability, not just tool fluency.
